Most of the accommodation is in traditional Lanna (Northern Thai) style wooden houses, the accommodation is on the upper floor while the open ground floor area is used as an open workplace or studio.

Unless otherwise stated the accommodation
is fan cooled. Some of the bathrooms have baths, others have showers. All rooms have hot water. There is a large screen TV in the lounge and there is free wireless internet coverage in all the rooms

This arts village is an ideal venue for outdoor Khantoke Dinners with a stage for Lanna traditional dancing and
folk music events. We have a Kad Mua candle light
bazaar with traditional snacks, and an open-air theatre.
